About the Team:

Supply Chain Solutions is the consulting division of the CDS Group of Companies that looks to deliver added value to our national and global customers with financial and operational supply chain efficiencies through business process evaluations and P & L engineering.  

What You'll Do:

  • Provide administrative support to the Supply Chain team.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy in the system daily.
  • Process and input reports, paperwork and invoices associated with customer orders.
  • Schedule meetings, events, and maintain the team’s agenda.
  • Prepare presentations for trade shows and other events.
  • Carry out general administrative duties such as printing, filing, and shredding documents.
  • Understand the resources within the business to be an effective problem solver.
  • Support Supply Chain projects, initiatives, and other duties assigned.

Who You Are:

  • Degree / Diploma in supply chain management, logistics, or related field is an asset.
  • Team player; is able to collaborate with others.
  • Clever personality, charismatic with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent, professional level of communication, both verbal and written.
  • Dependable, well organized with great attention to detail.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
  • Able to focus on the deliverables, without getting pulled off course by competing interests.
  • Able to pass criminal background check.
  • Reliable transportation required, as transit is limited outside of peak hours.
